What is this tour like?

Wakesurfing needs flat water and a boat heavy enough to throw a wave you can ride without a rope. The stretch inside Dubai Harbour delivers both, and the club runs its sessions from Berth AG-62 at the yacht club, a short walk from the Bluewaters footbridge.

You book the boat, not a seat: up to eight people can come along, take turns and film each other, and the hour typically works out at around thirty minutes of riding once everyone has swapped in and out. Boards for wakesurf, wakeboard and wake foil are all on board, and basic coaching comes with the session. If you want a coach focused on one rider for the whole hour, that upgrade is AED 1,050.

What are the highlights?

  • Whole boat to your group, up to eight aboard
  • Wakesurf, wakeboard or wake foil on the same session
  • All equipment and basic coaching included
  • Dedicated coach available as an add-on
  • Two berths: Dubai Harbour and Jaddaf Waterfront

FAQ

Is the price per person or per boat?

How much of the hour is actually riding?
The club counts on about 30 minutes in the water per session — the rest is the run out, swaps between riders and the run back.
Can complete beginners come?
Yes. Basic coaching is part of every session, and a dedicated coach can be added for AED 1,050 per hour.
Are there sessions for children?
Yes — a 30-minute kids' session with a children's coach costs AED 700, for ages five and up.
Which berth do we go to?
Berth AG-62 at Dubai Harbour Yacht Club by default. The club also runs from Berth B01-B at Jaddaf Waterfront — tell us which suits you.
What should we bring?
Swimwear, a towel and sunscreen. Boards, life jackets and safety gear are on the boat.
