My brother and I did our PADI Open Water Diver while in Valencia. The team were amazing and so friendly — a real group of diving enthusiasts who look after you.

Overview

Try your first breath underwater with a long-established Valencia dive school just north of the city in La Pobla de Farnals. A sea baptism dive reaches about 12 metres with an instructor at your side, and no experience is needed.

After a briefing and gear fitting you practise a few basics in shallow water, then dive along the Levante coast in a small, personalised group. From €50 upward, with all equipment and insurance — and full PADI courses run from Open Water to professional levels.
