Incredible evening, worth every penny. We've been on many excursions and this sunset sail was so well organised and easy from start to finish.
The cruise was lovely — service, drinks, light bites, the sunset and the people all worked out. We appreciated that the catamaran wasn't crowded and there was space.
We wanted to share what an exceptional day our entire family of 10 had aboard. Your entire team was outstanding — from booking and communicating online, to prompt transportation and cheerful check-in, to the hardworking crew.
The Pattaya sunset catamaran cruise is a real sailing catamaran, not a motor boat, priced at ฿2,500 per person for the scheduled sailing. It carries up to 30 guests, and the whole boat can also be chartered privately if you want it to yourselves.
Boarding is at 17:00 at Bali Hai Pier, with the catamaran anchoring in a calm island bay at about 17:40 for a swim and snorkel. The sunset leg back starts around 19:00, and the boat docks at 20:00.
The skipper and crew handle the catamaran for the whole three hours, so no experience is required — you spread out on the shaded deck or the bow sun-nets instead of sitting in rows. The crew runs the cruise in English, Russian or Thai.
Important
soft drinks, light bites, snorkel gear and the sun-nets are in the fare, but alcohol where it is offered, hotel transfers and gratuities are paid separately. On Marry Merry, taken whole, 7% VAT and a ฿200 guest pass per person are charged on top of the boat price.
